Please Read Carefully: These terms and conditions govern your use of our services. By enrolling in courses or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in any course, scheduling lessons, or using services provided by Crash Course Driving Lessons ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("student," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional driving education services in Salamanca, Spain, including:

  • Practical driving instruction in dual-control vehicles
  • Course materials and educational resources
  • Guidance on Spanish traffic laws and safe driving practices
  • Progress assessment and feedback

Our services are educational in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to passing driving tests or obtaining licenses. Success depends on individual effort, practice, and adherence to instruction.

3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Course Fees

Course fees are as published on our website or as agreed upon in writing. Prices may change with notice for future enrollments, but existing students will honor the price at their time of enrollment.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before lessons commence, unless an alternative payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash for in-person payments.

4. Scheduling and Attendance

4.1 Lesson Scheduling

Lessons are scheduled by mutual agreement between student and instructor. We make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule, but availability is subject to instructor capacity.

4.2 Punctuality

Students are expected to arrive on time for scheduled lessons. If a student is more than 15 minutes late, the instructor reserves the right to cancel the lesson, which may be counted as a completed session.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Student Cancellations

Students must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the lesson being counted as completed, unless due to emergency circumstances.

6. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

  • Behave respectfully toward instructors and other road users
  • Follow instructor directions and guidance
  • Comply with all traffic laws and regulations
  • Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment
  • Not use mobile phones or other distracting devices while driving
  • Disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to drive safely

7. No Guarantees or Warranties

While we provide quality driving education, we do not guarantee:

  • That you will pass any driving test or examination
  • That you will obtain a driving license
  • Specific outcomes or results from our instruction
  • That you will complete the course in a specific timeframe

Success in learning to drive depends on individual effort, practice, aptitude, and compliance with legal requirements. Our role is to provide quality instruction and support your development as a driver.

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Vehicle Insurance

All vehicles used for instruction are fully insured with comprehensive coverage. Students are covered under this insurance during lessons when following instructor directions.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crash Course Driving Lessons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All course materials are the intellectual property of Crash Course Driving Lessons. Students may use these materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR and Spanish data protection laws. Please see our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

11. Advertising Standards and Compliance

All advertising and marketing for our services complies with Google Ads policies, Quora Ads policies, Spanish consumer protection laws, and European advertising regulations. We do not make misleading claims or guarantees about test results in our marketing.

12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

13. Modifications to Terms
